These terms govern your use of the Obedience website (obedience.global) and, where you have an account, the Obedience platform including QuantifyQS. By using the site you agree to these terms.

The service

Obedience provides AI software for quantity surveying. AI features assist professional work; they do not replace professional judgement. Every AI output shows its source and requires sign-off by a qualified person. You remain responsible for decisions made using the platform.

Access

The platform is currently invite-only. Access is granted at our discretion and may be subject to a separate service agreement.

Acceptable use

• Do not misuse the service, attempt to breach its security, or disrupt it for others.
• Do not upload content you do not have the right to use, or that is unlawful.
• Do not use the service to infringe the rights of any third party.

Intellectual property

The Obedience name, logo, site, and software are our property or that of our licensors. You retain ownership of the content and data you provide.

Disclaimers and liability

The website is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude implied warranties. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Platform use is governed by your service agreement.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
