Last updated: 18 July 2026
This policy explains how Obedience (“we”, “us”) handles personal data for our website at obedience.global and the Obedience platform, including QuantifyQS. We are committed to UK data protection law (UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018).
Who we are
Obedience is a UK-based provider of AI software for quantity surveying. For any privacy query, contact hello@obedience.global.
Data we collect
- Contact details you submit (name, work email, practice, role, message) when you request access.
- Account and usage data when you use the platform, to provide and secure the service.
- Standard technical data (such as IP address and device information) for security and analytics.
How we use it
- To respond to access requests and communicate with you.
- To provide, secure, and improve the platform.
- To meet legal and regulatory obligations.
Data residency and security
Platform data is hosted in the United Kingdom. We use tenant isolation at the database level, encryption in transit, and regular, restore-tested backups. AI features are designed so that outputs show their source and require human sign-off; we do not access confidential client data without consent.
Your rights
You have rights to access, correct, delete, and restrict the processing of your personal data, and to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO). To exercise any right, email hello@obedience.global.
