01What we align to

QuantifyQS structures Bills of Quantities according to the published structure and measurement rules of the RICS New Rules of Measurement (NRM2). UK conventions are the default throughout: UK English, GBP, UK date formats.

Data protection practice follows ICO guidance under UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. Our responsible AI behaviours are designed with the direction of the RICS responsible-AI guidance and the ICO's AI guidance in view.

02Independence, stated clearly

Obedience is an independent software company. We are not endorsed by, affiliated with, accredited by or approved by RICS. References to RICS publications and to NRM2 are factual references to published standards, and all trade marks belong to their owners.

We intend to apply to the RICS Tech Partner Programme, the legitimate route for software companies to work formally alongside RICS. If and when that application succeeds, this page will say so, and not before.
